FAQs
View all FAQs »Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Standard supplies (such as card sleeves, toploaders, and storage binders) can be shipped to P.O. Boxes via USPS. However, heavy or oversized items—including our trading card trading cases, figure showcases, and premium display cabinets—cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses due to size and carrier safety restrictions. Please provide a physical residential or business address at checkout for these items.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your gear to you, cancellations or modifications (such as changing the shipping address or adding items) can only be guaranteed if requested within 2 hours of order placement. Please double-check your details and contact us immediately at support@kaapai.com if changes are needed.
Why did only part of my order arrive? (Split Shipments)
To give your collection the best protection, we often ship items from different product categories separately. For example, if you order card sleeves along with a heavy trading card display cabinet, they may ship from different specialized fulfillment centers or require different packaging. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package, and they may arrive a few days apart.
What should I do if my tracking status hasn't updated for days?
It is completely normal for a package to show no updates for 24–48 hours after the tracking number is generated while the carrier scans it into their system. For international orders, tracking may temporarily pause while the package clears customs or transfers to a local postal service. If your tracking has stalled for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please reach out to us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Do I have to pay import duties, VAT, or customs fees?
For international orders shipping from outside our domestic warehouse locations, prices do not include local import duties. These charges are determined by the customs authorities in your country or region and are the responsibility of the recipient. Kaapai cannot undervalue packages or mark them as "gifts" to circumvent customs regulations.
What are the delivery requirements for large Figure & Card Display Cabinets?
Our heavy-duty, premium collection showcases and display cabinets are shipped via freight or specialized heavy-ground carriers to prevent damage.
- Delivery Appointment: The carrier will typically call you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact phone number is accurate at checkout.
- Inspection Upon Arrival: Before signing the delivery receipt, carefully inspect the outer packaging for any signs of damage. If the box is severely damaged, note it clearly on the carrier's delivery slip before signing, or refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
