We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
- Service Area: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states.
- Exclusions: Please note that we currently cannot provide delivery services to the following locations:

- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico (PR)
- Virgin Islands (VI)
Logistics Partners: To guarantee reliability, all domestic orders are handled by UPS or FEDEX.
Delivery Timeline: Most orders arrive within 15-18 working days (excluding pre-sale items and national holidays).
International Shipping (Global)
For our global community of collectors, we offer dedicated international logistics solutions to bring Kaapai's premium craftsmanship to your doorstep.

Delivery Timeline: Typically 20-30 working days, depending on customs clearance and regional postal services.
Customs & Duties: Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my items arrive in one package? We strive to consolidate your order into a single shipment. However, to ensure maximum protection for larger display cases or modular systems, items may occasionally be sent in separate packages. You will receive a notification for each shipment.
Can I modify my shipping address? For security reasons and to prevent fraud, we cannot change the delivery address once the product is in transit. Please double-check your details at checkout.
